No weddings, receptions, or other types of functions are permitted on property, per very strictly enforced zoning rules.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

This home has exterior security cameras. Cameras are 100% exterior only for security purposes only.

Customers must sign via DocuSign/Electronic rental agreement prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted on property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
