This property is ski in/out, but please note it is for advanced skiers only. Maps to the runs and house are provided upon booking.
Ski out, catch the Burro Trail at Gold King and White Cloud Drive down to the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes.
Ski In you must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron to the back country gates, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point. Ski In is dependent on the Ski Resort operating the lift.
In the summer there is a vast array of outdoor activities in the area winter or summer:
✅ Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) along side a stream
✅ Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
✅ Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, Snow Tubing, are all with in miles of the home
✅ Register for the Breck 100 (Bike or Run a 100 Miles!) and push yourself to the limits
✅ Quandary Peak, the 13th Highest Peak in Colorado, is 9 miles away. This hike will take your breath away at 14,265+ ft. Proper planning and hiking education is required
✅ Whitewater rafting
No weddings, receptions, or other types of functions are permitted on property, per very strictly enforced zoning rules.
This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
Customers must sign via DocuSign/Electronic rental agreement prior to arrival. Only registered guests permitted on property.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
